-5, not quite so anxious and down on myself, but not too great either. I kind of have a caffine high because I've gone with pretty much no caffeine for like 3 days and and was getting caffeine withdrawl headaches so I figured I'd get a powerful energy drink, so that is kind of nice.

| -7, depressed. Listened to someone's post (with text-to-speech, having a bad reading day) which helped a little, though. I wish I were a stone or water or a tree; something that doesn't have these awful, worthless emotions. |

Forbade from spending a week with my boyfriend. I can see my parents' point of view, but he really is the only person I feel any close emotional connection with. Just being able to hug him once in person will help more then ten dozen psychiatry sessions.

Need sleep, but I can't sleep. Last night, I had a nasty case of hiccups. It hurt quite a lot. The pain went away quickly, but the muscles near my stomach are still a bit jumpy, and my lungs don't seem to like that. |
