I had bovril for the first time earlier this evening, it was HEAVENLY. I shall have some tomorrow morning with toast to dip in for brekky.

Normally the words "medicine" and "tea" in the same sentence put a weird taste in my mouth eew (no pun intended). I hope that's not as bad as it sounds!!
