I used to play tennis, and still have my rackets and balls, but I can't find anyone to play with me. Trying to get schedules to match up with folks to hang out for coffee or a dinner is pretty difficult, let alone scheduling for a couple of hours of tennis.

People watching
Cookouts--the food, not really the socializing
Going to the park
Walking
Just sitting on the porch reading and enjoying the weather

I just realized I haven't done most of these in years. Haha......
