Hello, all Role players!

I think that this forum needs an arena rp, seeing as there is not one I could find. They are in many forums, yet it is strange to me not to find one. So, who is going to try it?

First off, no powerplay. Always the most annoying thing that can happen in a good RP. Powerplayers are people who, instead of having attempts, they always say they hit you, which is stupid and is liked by nobody. Meanwhile, there is the type that make the man, woman, or thing so powerful, nobody as a chance. These are instantly destroyed before they can start.

Yes, I put an evil smiley face there, and yes, I may have those mentioned above die in various brutal but entertaining ways for the other characters.

The arena is a forest in-closed in a circular room, by the way. In the center is a sandy clearing with a stone fort in the center of it all.

Really? No body is into arena matches???

I don't care for it, but why don't you make one as an example to people? That is usually pretty helpful

I meant an example of creating a character

Okay, Arena battles work like this:

1 .People create Characters on the thread
2. Character challenges another character
3. They fight in a post-by-post style until one dies
4. Loser of fight cannot use the character again, winner fights another opponent in same way, Continuing the Process

oH, CREATING SOME ONE NOW? That's easy. You just fill out the form posted above and use it to create your own person.

Here's two characters have ready, to give an example:

Name:Ermik
Gender:Female
Race:Jabbernak
Age:28
Appearance: She is gaunt and has both a green eye dot and a blue eye dot. Her whiskers are, by even mathmatical  standards, equal in length. She is musclear and tall, being more than 7 feet in height. Her skin is orange.
Armor: none
Clothes: black robes and satin gloves. Her face is covered by a purple veil.
Weapons/tools: magic and a pair of  curved dagger that have twin blades made of a greenish blue metal, poisoned with snake venom.
Short History: Born to the Most Noble House of the Recilins of the First Great Empire, she grew up learning how to fight with exotic weapons. She favored this type of dagger since it was quick and easy to use. Married to the emperor Fulios the Third at the age of 15, she gave birth to two sons and three daughters.

Name:Fulios the Third
Gender:Male
Race:Human
Age:40
Appearance: He has a long beard of orange twisted into two braided sections. His eyes are green and wild. The skin is a pale pinkish brown.
Armor: steel armour that covers the torso, arms, legs, feet, and hands.
Clothes: a gold crown is on his head and a tunic, embroided with jemstones and gilded with silver.
Weapons/tools: Twin swords of mithiril.
Short History: The second son, he got to rule by the death of the first son in the family that happened before his father's death, which was of ulcers in the bowels. Then he married Ermik.

Simple?

Name: Sodden
Gender: Male
Race: Hill Dwarf
Appearance: A short, wide and stocky humanoid with dirty looking skin. His hair hangs long and limp from his head, like thin plant roots, and a scraggly beard sits on his chin. From sight alone you can tell he lives in the ground. People have said he looks like a hobbits big bad brother.
Personality: Like all Hill Dwarves, Sodden is very protective of his own kind and weary of most other races. He will not help another outside of his race, even when in dire need.
Weapons: Large mining spade.
Clothes: Giant Mole leather trousers and belt.
Armor: None.
Short History: Sodden is a Hill Dwarf digger, the equivalent of a miner from the better known Mountain Dwarf race. Little is known about his Knoll homes, and little still about how he found himself in the Arena.

Sodden is currently in the outskirts of the arena, foraging for food in the forest. He has dug a small living space underground, within the roots of a large tree.

IC:Fulios and his wife Ermik have taken residence in the Fort. They look out at Sodden's dwelling. They thought, "What is this curious creature? It is organic, but looks like the silicon dramer. It carries simple tools, nothing we would use for...fighting, if it intends to use it as such. The fort looks better too."

Sodden finds a rabbit burrow, as well as some berries.

Soddens burrow has become a nice little home. The soil underfoot has become tough and compact and the walls and ceiling have been brushed away of debris. The tangle of roots that support the walls fall down around the opening like cage bars. A rabbit fur rug is laid upon a relatively flat knot of root. A trap door made of scrapped wood lies at the foot of the tree, protecting the burrow from the elements.

Sodden seems to be spending most of his time exploring the surrounding area and collecting useful materials. Wood, vines, sharp rocks.
After exhausting his small supply of berries and rabbit meat, and driven by hunger, Sodden ventures further into the wood. He comes across the sandy clearing and sees the fortress within it. Hiding behind a row of trees, he begins to watch and spy upon the fortress..

Im not entirely sure of how things work here. Forgive me if i dont 'get it' very fast. Learn by doing though, should be fun.

Name: Besiscol Fire-heart
Gender: Female
Race: Elf
Appearance: Tall(about 6 feet tall), thin, and mostly clothed. Blue eyes. If not for her ears and figure, you couldn't tell what she was.
Personality: Secretive and very literal.
Weapons/tools: Staff, throwing knives, and various pouches. Contents unknown.
Clothes: Long shirt, Pants, gloves, cape, and wrap around her head are made of a black cloth.
Armor: None
Morality: True Neutral
Short History: All that is known about her is through rumors. The most common are that is she is a very well trained sorcerer and fighter. It is also rumored that she was banished from her home and now she roams the land looking for a way to go back home.

Besiscol sees the Fort in the distance. On her back and in her are boar hide. She sighs.
"Just a few hours before dark, let's see if I can make it."
It is obvious she here to trade for supplies. Ignorant of what is to come.

I like dramatic effect.
