Come join me I just had a 2 shots of Bacardi 151 then realized two hours ago I took 900mg of Nerotin.
Stupid thing to do when your down.

Well might as well post here since I'm planning on having a drink or two tonight anyways  Anyone up for a green apple Joose and maybe some Coors to go along with it ?
Funny thing is I usually never do anything stupid (Except drink excessively) but it's my body right? Who's to say I can't become an alcoholic ? It helps to escape the pain, and It's the only happiness I got left
The only downside is the hangover the morning after the fun and the occasional headache to go along with it.
I'm drinking almost every night so far for the last two and a half years, and I wonder, how many steps am I to becoming a full blown alcoholic ? Well Cheers people and good night

I failed to mention the half an opiate pill I took after that shot of rum and a couple mixed drinks after that...not sure what exactly it was but I liked it better than vicodin. But yeah opiates and alcohol is generally not the best idea.

Found out today I really should not drink alcohol, soda or smoke cigarettes no more. Its funny knowing you shouldn't do some thing makes you want it even more. On the upside found out why Ive been getting depressed so easily lately. Wish there was an easy way to kick bad habits. |

| I can't actually get to sleep unless I drink enough to pass out, or smoke an equal amount of pot. I just sit up in bed, tossing and turning. If I don't, the next thing that I know it's morning, and I have work in a few hours. |

It feels so nice reaching a state of comfortably numb....if only it would last forever. Uhhh Just sick of things hoping the rum mixed with coca cola, will help at least for tonight.

Can anyone else here control your drinking when you smoke pot?
Whenever I smoke pot when I drink, it makes me hungry later and that causes me to stop at a point and get something to snack on.
For some reason it never works with liqueur but beer with alcohol content of 5% or higher. I prefer something in the 8-15 % alcohol content.
Yes I have drunk when taking medicine and I'm still here. I don't see the risks really

As to pot and alcohol together I cant do it I drink to much to fast and get sick. I quit smoking pot years ago, As to taking lets say opiates and alcohol together the problem is they both depressants and can amplify the other causing coma ect. The other night when I took my pain meds and forgot about them and drank two shot acted like a bottles worth of alcohol very dangerous because I went from bummed to suicidal in 15 minutes. I could have drank the whole bottle by it self and not gotten that way. Just saying be careful with the mixing of drugs.
Two nights with out booze and two nights with out sleep. 
Any unusual ideas to get sleep, Ive tried all the normal ones. |

I drink and smoke together quite a lot and don't really have much trouble controlling it. Sometimes I over-do the alcohol, which I do not particularly enjoy because I wake up all weird feeling. Last time I ended up falling asleep in the bathroom and didn't get up till 5 in the morning.

I hate those hangovers where you feel all weird. last time I over did the Liquor, I woke up feeling like sh** and nearly dehydrated. The worst part was it was nearly 100 degrees and I couldn't keep down any fluids nor any food. I almost had to go to the hospital that day.
Personally I don't see what the big effing deal is with pot. It's natural and not man-made with household chemicals. And if you smoke it every once in a while, not every day, you'll get the same good buzz as if you were smoking it for the first time in months even years. My problem is I like the high way to much and get bored here in Washington. :/
Anyways if mixing medication with alcohol is a very risky thing, then I must be one hell of a lucky guy. I remember one night getting all sh** faced and this friend of my Aunt's boyfriend gave me this pill (A pain pill I think) to help with the hangover the next morning. This guy was a complete stranger and he could've easily poisoned me and make it look like I got into his pills or whatever. Just thinking about that night still scares the sh** out of me

I passed out in the bathroom once. I was standing over the toilet with my pants around my ankles, waiting to take a piss or whatever the hell I was thinking at the time :/

It really depends on the medication...it is dangerous to take opiates with alcohol, Though, I have taken opiates with alcohol and weed. Mostly vicodin but I had something else the last time I indulged that was quite better than vicodin. I don't get ahold of things like that very often thought but yeah I've combined all three. Its dangerous because they all have sedating CNS depressant effects which can slow things down too much. But if its adderall for instance then it probably does not have the same risk, there may be other risks though. Then with a lot of SSRIs drinking increases drowsiness but I am not sure if its necessarily more dangerous than drinking without unless someone tries driving and falls asleep at the wheel.
