I'm not quite understanding your question. It can be extremely hard to tell if someone is making fun of you, especially if you're Aspie/Autistic. Sometimes there is a certain tone in peoples' voices when they speak to you, that sounds like they're trying to hold back laughter, because they want to laugh at you. Also, sarcasm can be used to make fun of someone. Horrible people can especially take advantage of Aspies'/Autistics' difficulty with sarcasm, by being sarcastic but making the Aspie/Autistic believe it's the truth.
If you could perhaps be a little more specific please, then maybe I could give more informed and constructive advice.
