Hmm....I found this video really helpful. I read so many posts (some of them mine) about any given Aspie who's stuck in an awkward situation with a bully. Bullying is wrong, but what do you actually do at the moment?!? (Apart from telling said bully what an asshat they are, etc.). I mean, in a professional setting where we are fair.
