FWIW, I recall hearing a story that in the 70's or 80's, a graduating Experimental Psychology class at an Ivy League school hired a then leading psychoanylist to give a lecture to them and paid for the lecture with the classes entertainment fund.

Hasn't people realised that the refrigerator mother theory is wrong. It has been discredited years ago Its surprising the French psychoanalysts still go with this medieval idea.

People believe what they want to believe in, but it's just the French culture that's making sure such theories like this one {the refrigerator mother theory} is not the piece of BS that it is.
