Careful with that word! :D

Good for you though, sounds like things are coming together for you!

The best thing for me at the moment is also the worst... go figure. I have a good job with a $70k salary, I get to work with computers all day and ignore my phone (double bonus!). The problem is that my employer would like me to be consistent and predictable. Pah.

Maybe I just need to have a little faith, not let my fears get the better of me. Fiddling a little with my capabilities to connect emotionally to other people. Its sorta complicated. I can pretty much assume a connection and then temper through external input. It is sorta what has been going on. If I go far enough back, all the way back.

Then I'm sure you've heard of Boulder, CO. 43 acre MTB park! I wouldn't be online now if it weren't for my bruises from the pump track. PM me if you make it out here!

i love my boyfriend so much. i don't know what i did to deserve him. i have a s**t load of assignments and i'm stressing and he's staying at mine and cleaning my house and getting me snack food and trying to cook pancakes- he stood over the stove for like an hour yesterday trying to perfect them and fed me as he went. he's buying toilet paper for the house now- he doesn't even live here. and he cuddles me and tries to motivate me and i love him so much for it. maybe i'm hallucinating this. what did i do to deserve him? he's the perfect man. .شو بحبو

So I got an A+ in that super stressful group work class, so the anxiety paid off :)
However, I got only an A in my abnormal psych class. Bye bye perfect program GPA. I didn't enjoy that class as much as I thought I would...

Congratulations, MathGirl! I hope the best for you!

Well...I only have 55 more problems to go, and then I am done with precalculus and...then I will be teaching myself Calculus. The method is this: I will do every single homework problem in the book, and do whatever proofs I can do; if I get stuck, I will first look at the solutions guide to see if the answer's there; if not, I'll reluctantly google the answer. This will take at least a year and a half, and I am expecting at least two years...but it will be so worth it in the end. :-) I cannot afford to take classes at the moment, but since I have a B.A. in math, and if I work my way into the tutoring center, I have a good chance of them picking me to be an instructional assistant. Please, if you're nice, pray for me...if you're not nice, then thbbbbbbb (raspberry) lol I still hope the best for you all.

Ah, I miss math and calculus. I'm in psych now because I couldn't imagine a career in math that I'd be good at. I don't want to be a tutor to random kids because they would probably make fun of me the same way they did back in high school. Besides, I'm not very creative when it comes to numbers and spatial stuff. But good luck to you, I'm sure you're better at these things than I am. :)
