By the way Fnord..your signature line while overall good advice...is not logical...

A 'layman 'off the street who is self educated could beat any licensed professional per accuracy of an ASD diagnosis..

Validity is only a semantic argument for the Social norm...

And Autism is a curable condition for those who have the ability to adapt..

Per the reciprocal social communication deficit...

So IT is all relative anyway..as the autism of yesterday..can be the opposite of Autism Today...

My trained licensed professional agrees that I found the 'cure' for my autism...

IT IS a documented FACT...

All it requires for some people is to learn to bridge emotion and communication in language...

Simple neuroplasticity...my friend...

Who is 'ancient Freddy'?

I dont know of any "Freddies" more ancient than Frederick the Great of Prussia ( more or less, contemporary with George Washington), and even that isnt very 'ancient'.

There may have been earlier Fredericks, but none famous enough for most to know of now before that.

As stated as a 'warning' if you will..when I started the story..it's all metaphor..

My 'God' it's only a joke..

I'm 53 so that is ancient to some of the folks around here..and these are only my words of wisdom and only directly meaningful to me..

To suggest that they ARE ancient words of wisdom that I developed now..would be quite presumptuous..don't you think..my friend...

Anyway this is a board for Autistic People so i am always pleased to clarify and verify communication as this is the place for reciprocal social communication deficits if ever there IS such a place...

And of course I have been subject to these difficulties myself..until I in effect cured my reciprocal social communication difficulties in real life..that is clearly documented and even suggested as a miracle by my doctors..

All I did is an intensive 'right brain' exercise routine..if you will.. to 'cure' IT..but of course this is only me and may not work for anyone else..as far as I know.. although I am almost sure it would help many people if they had the discipline and dedication to do IT..if you will...

It did occur to me that Freddy might be you, and that you might be my age, a would therefore consider yourself 'ancient'.

Just making sure that there wasnt a "Book of Frederick" in the Bible,or such, that you might be making a literary reference to.

But yeah- I just noticed that you have "katie and Frederick" on your signature. So I shoulda known it was you forsure.
