Mary (as a virgin)was a construct to try and confirm a prophecy of Isaiah, an unnecessary one as it happens, Mathew mistranslated young woman into virgin and a whole new absurd belief was born. The latest chapter in this construct was written in the 1950's with the addition of the assumption.

A consistent structure of the Muslim and Christian Religious ways is restrictions on the reproductive freedoms of women..

More than likely the myth of a virgin birth is an extension of this...

But..approximately a quarter of all births are still not attributed to the birth certificate father..so even with the restrictions imposed by poetry in the bible interpreted or designed literally as such to limit reproductive freedom..it just ain't human nature..monogamy that is...

Humans 'fool around' and have been doing that as long as recorded history of human beings exist...

And well..that ain't surprising considering that human beings are in effect hypersexual among most social animals..'overall' ready to 'do it' at a moments notice during the entirety of the fertile cycle...and yah..even after that for some...

After developing a friendship with a girl from Pakistan..all I can say about all this reproductive restriction stuff for women..is that it can be a real spirit killer for women to be trained as cattle simply for reproduction purposes..overall....

At the time Jesus was living it was an extremely patriarchal society..and very unlikely that he could have asserted dominance in any situation without being a formidable physical specimen of a man...

Interestingly Jesus is often portrayed as basically a woman with a beard..

But..no doubt.. at least part of this preference came from the frequent nature of homosexuality among the ranks of priests and those who appreciated and approved paintings for the dominant church of the time...

As much as I don't particularly care for Fox News..Bill O'Reilly's book about killing Jesus..is a fairly objective account it seems..without as much of that poetry taken as literally stuff..that brings people to the idea..that Jesus the man..actually got here..by any other method than human sperm....

But yah..all that power and force of the real GoD that he was talking about..really is real and works..but don't let me get started on my new special interest...

haha..hehe..
IS
all He
IS..or HE'R..
ISISALLITIS
JUSTISIS
WHEREIT'S@

And rather than going into more detail about what I describe as ALLITIS..
HERE AGAIN..is my recent blog post describing it really in fuller graphic detail....

http://katiemiaaghogday.blogspot.com/20 ... litis.html

And as the question of whether or not Jesus..got some or not..

Ynot he was JUST A human being AFTER ALL is said and done.....

Like the rest of us..with eternal souls.....

But Edgar Cayce talks about that stuff much better than..

I likely ever could..
ithink....

Let it be with me she said. And so it was. After tussling and twisting she yelled out Oh God! Don't stop now!

Afterward the Holy Spirit asked her: Was it good for you, sweetheart?

Indeed aghogday.

It's also interesting just how many mythologies incorporate a virgin birth. It's as if conception via sexual contact or a woman who has had sexual contact, is some how sullied and unworthy.

Well..raised as a Catholic and being Autistic and really liking girls a lot..and yah..i mean a really lot...

At a much earlier age I was obsessed with every dam girlfriend being a virgin seriously as part of my literal belief in this 'stupid' belief...

And I admit to interrogating my first girlfriend about this..until really making her mad...

My life would have been a lot easier without all the sexual repression..that is still a part of the dominant version of modern church house structured religions....

Well I believe in bliss and heaven now..and don't need no dam promise of heaven later on to be happy..

But if there was really such a thing as a literal manifest of heaven as we understand our illusion of reality as it exists now..it would be funny as hell if Jesus was a flaming gay guy...

But I kinda doubt it if that literally could be true..but if so ..he was probably one of those biker looking gay dudes that kick ass if anyone gives them a problem in a gay bar....after leaving the bar....

One thing I've noticed in real life though..is gay dudes..usually have a lot of light and love about them..and do walk in the foot steps of the real historic Jesus..

Got lot more respect for them..than the so called preachers in my local area that make a practice of hate rather than love in effect in personally judging other people..and making minority groups like gay folks..feel unworthy to live..

That 2 to 4 percent is everywhere in the world as biological reality..and yah..in the frigging churches in every country that HATE GAY people ..where the gay kids don't have any choice but to go when young and or older..by their patriarchal fathers....

In my opinion most structured Christian religions..if there is a metaphor that could be adequately used are the ANTI-CHRIST..IN REAL effects as opposed to the real human dude called Jesus..that was just a carpenter..with something to say...that reeked of truth....

No personal judgement against any other human being..and acceptance of every human being with open arms..regardless of the transgressions that might be seen as such by general society and the relatively.. always changing cultural norms....

Oh yeah that's right I keep forgetting. These people did not have hospitals back then, nor scientists. Not sure if they had doctors and nurses. So, they would not understand so much about the nature of reproduction.

Keep in mind, Popes have altered the original text over the centuries. They wanted a sweet, wholesome, story, apparently, and banished whatever caused conflict in their organization.

If we're talking NT, there is no evidence that the original text was significantly altered over the centuries (aside from a few verses and adding a passage or two, none of which change the message much).

It's all based on nothing but pure ad hoc. Ana is the same person who thinks we all have potential to develop psychic powers, and that she has managed to do so herself.

Isaiah 7:14 never mentions virgins. It is a mistranslation from the Hebrew.

Here is the ruveyn-test for bible translation. Turn to the Book of Exodus to see what body of water the Israelites crossed to escape from Egypt. If it says The Red Sea, tear that page out of your translation. The Hebrew was: The Sea of Reeds which was further north than the Red Sea.

Now turn to Isaiah 7:14. If you see the word "virgin" commit your translation to the flames. It is false. Virgins do not conceive. A sperm has to get up there into a womens whatsis to do any fertilization.

I remember seeing Virgin translated as pure of soul in the mythology of Mary..

This is an amusing Video that debunks some of the myths associated with the mythology of Mary not liking sex....

It seems with the connections that have been drawn between the Egyptian mythologies of Horus..Isis..and Set..that the symbolic meaning of Mary was yes a pure soul..but a tiger in the bed..if you will...

Most of all humans are sensual beings..and to repress any aspect of this..is to really f**k things up..in my best estimation...

In my own personal experience the more I attempted to repress any aspect of this..whether the natural occurring so called feminine emotions or so called feminine movements described as such in our patriarchal culture..what really did result was the blockage of energy and emotions..and resulting pain..and or numbness of existence..that yah..really..really..really..does suck...

The best thing that i have developed for myself to get back in to touch with my emotions and what might be called as the so called feminine side of my human nature..is a kind of soul dance that is already well described as Chakra Dance here at these links:

http://www.chakradance.com/the-chakradance-practice

http://www.chakradance.com/latest-news/ ... r-the-soul

Most of my life I have read about Chakras off and on..and have sensed a truth about this phenomena along the way in life..but was too dam busy with stress and work and all of that to really get to the bottom of IT..

Well..in this reverse dancing.. and yah..actually a kind of belly dancing I have found myself doing here in public lately after losing all illusory fears accumulating during my 50 plus year life..I came across this link on chakra dancing today..on google..as the ecstasy of energy I AM gaining by doing these sensual movements of hips..torso..etc..along with the high energy of modern selected musicK..is reALLy more than anything that IS WHaT IS bringing me this great balancING sense of bliss through my every waking microsecond...

Well..now I understand that those strippers I was watching WHEN A YOUNGER man were not just 'doing that' for the money...

The looks of ecstasy on their faces as they moved their hips and torso in sensual ways as described in western cultures as a type of belly dancing..IS the connection of the powerful human sensual energy for balance that we most all have the potential for.. to truly experience...

This thing i call bliss or heaven in real life..and yah..Jesus and Buddha probably danced in spare time like this..as this really ain't nothing new in historic cultures of the ancient past...

The Egyptians did this kind of dance..a long long time ago..and cultures have been practicing a variety of it..throughout recorded time .. and likely prehistoric cultures as well as that...

It's just a natural thing..if ya got a lot of time on your hands..go out in nature and just move..just move with MUSICK of nature either natural or man-made..this is what I think..what will eventually naturally happen with human movement..spinning..swaying..moving hips..and torso and doing it reverse..cause eventually it feels better than a frigging normal human orgasm...

@least to me....

Well i've been thinking a lot about SOULdance here lately..after finding so many advantages of doing it in private in my back yard..and even in frigging public to my wife's sometimes dismay..as she IS never expecting a belly dancer out in public for her husband when we first get to together.....

But Like Nike says..sometimes you just gotta DO IT TO get iT correct....

And after watching that video..my description of what i have been doing is truly more like soul dancing or chakra dancing than a ballerina type dance....

The girl in the black cap is more of what i am doing than the refined lady in the tutu...

It's rough around the edges and has a primal element to it..not some dam carefully designed and choreographed dance..

It's free..and yeah..that's simply me here lately...

FREE
LIVING IN THE KINGDOM OF
FREEDOM

Or what i personally describe IS heaven and bliss..

Not that f****d up place i describe as hell and the abyss...

That was simply the loss of the sensual feelings of being a fully emotional human being..along with that logic stuff that i can always.. it seems take for granted..per my particular form of autism ..as it may be....

But it did keep me sane..when I almost totally lost my emotions..so I will never discount the POWER OF LOGIC as a mighty human specific..it seems.. 'ABSTRACT' FORCE....!

Back then, not liking sex might have been more common, especially in women. For one thing, there was no medical condition attached to not liking it. No one said, "there's something the matter with you. No libido." So, if someone didn't like it, it was accepted. There could have been significant reasons for women not to like it, most likely due to various conditions or illnesses in which there was no cure or treatment. These were people who pretty much lived without significant medical advancement. Must remember the toughness factor. Many sick and ailing people all around.

So, I have no problem believing there could have been many women who didn't like sex for various reasons, perhaps more back then than there are now.

The big secret - Catholicism is Hermetic Qabalah at it's roots. Mary is the two H's of the YHVH or tetragrammaton (the divine feminine of the Elohim), that is she's Binah and Malkuth and being Malkuth means that immaculate conception wasn't necessary in a realm that she technically already runs. Just like how there was Christ Logos and Christ Jesus (celestial figure vs. mortal) you have the same with the earthly/mortal Mary who was 'assumed' and then you have the divine feminine and demiurge in Christianity.

Read Proverbs 8 as well. That should probably be the biggest tip off, particularly if you get toward the end where you look at Solomon's Wisdom, ie. Sophia (the non-Gnostic version) saying that she co-created with the Logos, that is to say that she was the demiurge (ie. Binah). Apparently mystics who are on their way up in that world tend to have encounters with her. Think also of the Catholic Mary apparitions where she says that she's co-redemptrix with Christ (Fatima particularly comes to mind). A lot of what's said above might jive. This is essentially Catholicism showing it's roots in western esotericism.

What does this have to do with anything? There is no indication of her attitude about sex(good or bad) from the scriptures.

A mythology of Mary not liking sex. It could have been true. What if Jesus was married to a frigid woman?

I didnt know there was such a mythology.

(I know someone mentioned it above, but my computer cant get the video he posted.)

There is nothing in the scriptures to suggest anything about it, one way, nor the other.

Whether she did, or did not, like sex has little relevence to the story. So why would anyone create a mythology about it?
