In the provided list public works projects seem like a win..win scenario to me...

But..

Here's the thing..
There is world wide over population and a rape of resources of mother earth...

Men failing is a natural thing..as discussed and described in John Calhoun's behavioral sink..experiment with rats..back in the 60's...

as what naturally happens..when a loss of social roles occur in any species of social animal..where
subsistence is still 'freely' offered..

What happens is the males start to groom themselves incessantly..as precisely what we see in the technology
capital of South Korea..and Japan..and lose interest in intercourse with the opposite sex..

and fail to defend against the aggressor..

And then the females become the aggressor..with the so called 'mean girl' phenomenon fighting amongst themselves..
for sport of living...

Well..our common ancestor the rodent rat..about 75 million years ago..

still lives deep within our genes..

Humans inherently are peaceful loving beings..that get along well in small social groups..sharing sex and all of that ..with the village raising the children..with all the aunties and uncles and all of that...SOLID SOCIAL ROLES..ARE THE WAY OF LIFE..OF THE SMALL VILLAGE..

But in effect the PRESENT overall GLOBAL complex languageS ..collective intelligence..and complex cultures..are AFFECTING THE EARTH..as a growing virus...

Failing men is..well..

The cure for this virus...

Ya cannot fool mother nature..

No matter what language ya use..collective intelligence..or complex culture ya..use..as tool to attempt to tame her...or dominate her...

Well, Mr. Calhoun was quite smart. That does seem to be about where we are right now.

But, with regard to Mr. Calhoun's reference to Revelations: isn't Heaven itself regarded as a place where all of your needs are taken care of for you, and where there is nothing to do but to sing hymns praising Yahweh and Jesus? No courtship or fighting, there. But, we never die, either. Simply a stress-free eternity.

Regarding the men who have never "learned the value and the culture of work", and who are failing specifically as men, by failing to provide for their families: expanding the military, and doing public works projects, would provide a lot of employment for men, but these would be primarily low-wage jobs. Not really the archaic "bring home the bacon" kind of jobs. The higher-payer jobs are going to go the the better-educated women.

Moreover, a lot of the boys who do well in school are unaggressive, nerdy betas, who will be ill-equipped to deal with and compete against the domineering, aggressive alpha females in the workplace. The women are going to bully them and push them out of the workforce all together.

The woman in the video above says that she has a 5-year-old child (presumably fathered by a sexy alpha male with an apparently desirable genetic makeup), and she is looking for a man (most likely a beta who is at least somewhat sexually desireable, but who has a good income) who will help to raise her child. But, such men are in short supply, particularly within the Black community. And, the supply is only going to get shorter, across all communities.

We are in the midst of a rather dramatic demographic shift. The Patriachy no longer exists. Every man for himself. Every woman for herself. No-one can count on anyone or anything.

50 years ago welfare robbed the head of minority households of his economic function, and made him superfluous. Cloward and Piven made this assessment back in the 70’s. Now ‘My Brothers Keeper’ aims to rob him of his role as mentor and role model. I cannot understand why minority males aren’t shouting out from the rooftops “We will not be marginalized!”

If you want more guys to work, give them more of an incentive to work by increasing the minimum wage. If you don't earn more from working than you do from going on welfare, then there's really no point in working.

As well, legalizing and regulating prostitution would be a good thing to do, as people are going to sell their bodies for sex anyway, so they may as well do it in a legal and safe manner.
