I can't post links yet, but here are two books about sexuality and relationships written by and for people on the spectrum:

Sex, sexuality, and the autism spectrum by Wendy Lawson

Life and love: Positive strategies for autistic adults by Zosia Zaks

(may contain information that is not suitable for young children)

Thanks, Scott

P.S. I am looking to begin a WordPress blog in 2012.

GCA continues to go strong with now semimonthly meetings and social outings. For any adults with officially diagnosed Aspergers/HFA or self-diagnosed Asperers/HFA, I have created the GCA Yahoo Group for anyone who doesn't have access to an adult AS/HFA support group or finds that the nearest adult AS/HFA is too far from them. For more information, go to http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/gr ... oga-aspies. This Yahoo Group is regional in nature and for anyone who lives within a two-hour radius of Chattanooga (Knoxville, Atlanta, Birmingham, Huntsville, Nashville, and other towns and cities). A case-by-case decision will be made for anyone living outside the two-hour radius.

I've decided to start a blog devoted to my experiences with Asperger's. It's really, really bare bones right now--only one post from yesterday, so maybe I shouldn't be posting about it here just yet--but I plan to post more soon. And if you have any suggestions, please comment! I'm trying to aim it at people on the spectrum as well as people who care about them.my blog

My blog: http://www.aspiemanifesto.blogspot.com

Wide range of both my thoughts on being an adult Asperger, and links / info from academia, new research, other blogs. My main point is that neurotypicals and the social environments they construct are not as wonderful and happy as they claim them to be. Asperger people react negatively to social conflict and social behavior, which is based on inequality, lies, deception and violence. That is, we have REASONS for not wanting to be social.

I second your sentiment, hence the title of my blog.

Alternative perspectives on Asperger's, such as, is it a disorder or personality type? and lots of critiques of Psychology as a belief system, not a science.

How is Specialisterne not here? Finding jobs for people on the spectrum, incredibly important! See my signature.

Also if you're local to Vancouver, Focus Professional Services does something similar to Specialisterne.

Specialisterne is an international nonprofit which has the singular goal of enabling 1 million jobs for people on spectrum. DO check them out! I conducted an interview on national radio regarding my experiences with Specialisterne and SAP.

On a more local level, Focus Professional Services is a consulting organization based in Vancouver, Canada that attempts to hire people on the spectrum to act as IT consultants. They're a very new organization.

For those of us in Vancouver, there is an Aspies Meetup group; pm me if you're interested. I look forward to seeing anyone in Vancouver either in person or in a larger gathering!

Personal blog of a married Autistic couple. We're just getting started and the website is still rough, but the goal is to help others in the community as well as raise awareness. Specifically, we wish to help others live fulfilling and meaningful lives outside of the norms dictated by society.

Lots of Art, Poetry and stories.
Story and art submissions from other members of the community are welcome!
