Educated can mean "intelligent."

However, intelligent/education does not equate to "wisdom."

I think of it as curiosity. It makes you want to learn about the subject, solve problems associated with it, and makes you look at different possibilities.

Or does that come under creativity?

I think of some autistic intellectuals as very rigid thinkers, i.e. they learn the "facts" and don't question themselves. That isn't intelligent to me.

Knowledge/education is a measure of how much you know.
Intelligence is a measure of your capacity to learn.

Ignorance and stupidity are not the same thing.
