Hi:

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any sources specifically for people on the spectrum to help them get that win win interview?

I used to read all of the articles from my counselors at uni, plus everything posted on linkedin and yahoo about interview questions, methods of dress, body language, good questions to ask, etc.

I've interviewed a lot and can act my way through things decently (or so I thought), but, never quite made it through.

My current job had a much better approach and made me feel really comfortable moreso than the others, which is probably why I did really well.

They asked pointed questions 'give an example of a time you...' or 'when was the last time that you learned something new...' or 'tell me about a project where you had a problem like...' they were all narrow enough/encompassing enough that I had an answer for them. I know my work inside and out and getting perfectly pointed questions about it was perfect. No marketing speak or fake phrasing necessary. Best interviews I've had.

So, I don't know, I guess my point is that we can prepare ourselves all we want, a lot will depend upon the interviewer.
