I might have to do summer school this summer, and during the school year we're allowed to do classes online if we failed them the first semester, and my point is, I want to go to Turkey this summer to visit my relatives, and I have internet connection there, so would I have a problem?

With some online classes you still have to show up in person for tests. You should get a schedule telling you everything you'll need when you sign up.

It depends on the school and the courses. I've done college semesters entirely online, where they had a special browser I had to install to take tests securely.
