hey WP i have autism, from the new diagnostic criteria im ranging 1 from 1-3 an ive been having problems with tics lately, in my face an sort of connects with my neck, i can control it til it builds up an then i cant stop, it makes it worse to not let it happen, i dont enjoy going thru the tics its more of a relief from that heavy urge, then at times i cannot control it, my mother wants to take me to the doctor but i really dont want to tbh. what do any of you think i should do? ivebeen having a lot of stress in my lifeto

Can't really suggest anything, other than trying to get more rest and reduce your workload or number of activities for the week. Its kind of like a vicious cycle with stress/anxiety if you can't rest properly.

Just try not to think about them.

I understand it can be hard, I have dealt with tics my whole life, but sometimes, you can delay them, or even prevent them from even coming out.
