Why is there so much hatred in the world?

I dont get it, why is there so much hatred in this world? Like racism and people waging wars over eachother based on religion? Its pretty stupid if you ask me.

I always thought it was religion and lack of understanding!

Because of a small number of exceedingly wealthy parasites, who rely on mass exploitation of the rest of the world's population, in order to perpetually increase their own wealth and power. They ensure we're busy blaming each other for what is wrong in the world, so as to keep our attention from themselves.

Nothing has really changed since the dark ages. The world is still run by kings and robber barons, just by different names, who pit their subjects against each other, while taxing us into poverty for their own ends (and while it may not look like a tax, slaving away for less than a living wage, while your corporate employers profit far more from your labors than the huge majority of their employees, amounts to the same thing).

There is no particular reason to assume that human beings are inherently good or tolerant.

So there is no particular reason to assume that the world would be a wonderful place.

Fear: Actual or perceived risk to health or life, status, power, security, or in the case of humans wealth or anything held valuable.

Racist Fears:

-Race X is dangerous
-Race X will ruin the culture
-Race X will make country a 3D world country
-Race X will take and not be productive

Religion Hater Fears:

- The religion is dangerous
- They won't respect my religion
- They will bring Sharia Law
- They will change the culture

LGBT Hater Fears:

- They will be teaching against my religion.
- They will teach my child that it is OK, and make my child LGBT.
- My children will be exposed/engage in immortality.

I think people are more tolerant than given credit considering how many of them live on this planet. There's a lot of philanthropy compared to other species who can mostly watch silently and do nothing. The biggest enemy of good will is to simply believe it does not exist.

Because people are in a primitive state of social development as a civilisation and on this scale huuman civilisation is less than a type I civilisation. A type one civilisation is one that uses the entire resources of its planet and there is a social component to this to achieve Type I civilisation status in terms of sociocultural development and this would have to include the elimination of racism and anti Semitism, religious hatred, ablism and include a neurodiversity policy towards the non allistic as well and any kind of supremacist whether in terms of race sexual orientation, gender, disability or whether one is allistic or not and stigmatising the minority social group is not the expected behaviour to a type I civilisation and the human species is less than this rather than just blaming the allistic or other type of neurotypical for the bigotry because anyone can hate a partcular group because they have to learn it from someone or some other group usually passed down the generations.

Too many people have a way of letting their parents pass their beliefs on to them unquestioned. If they choose to ignore their parents for the dumb reasons such as a distinct feeling that the folks' just aren't cool then they'll believe almost anything contrary which is just another person's baggage which most likely isn't qualitatively any better than that of their parents (quite often if it's a mass youth movement and relies on a lot of emotion and little memory or intelligence then it may stand a good chance of being significantly worse). The loudest people out there are usually those who have an agenda and those people are rarely all that balanced.

One generation passes its baggage to another largely asleep and unthinking generation thus the saga continues.

What about the hatred of the religious towards the secular? Or the hatred of non-whites toward whites?

Lack of individual thought. Being influenced too easily by others. Very seldom do you hear someone admit to actually hating, usually it is accusing other people of hating. People will hate in generalities, but as soon as you point it out you are accused of being a hater for pointing it out in others. Just like racism. As soon as you point out racism in others, the first reaction is for them to turn it around and accuse you of doing it.

Mostly, hatred and racism accompany ignorance. And I do not consider ignorance an insult. Everyone is ignorant. Not understanding. Opinion is stronger than knowledge, and louder. It shouldn't be, but that is the way it seems.

Because people have jealousy, wrath, envy, desire and it can cause them to behave in hateful ways. Many people are brutish. And people are capable of stupidity.

And after your Glorious All-Powerful Democratic People's Revolution (which is just around the corner! No, really!), the world will be run by commissars and General Secretaries who do the exact same things.
