I like many kinds of cheese. I particularly love Camembert, brie and blue. I'd say Castello blue (from Denmark) is my number one cheese.

I used to hate cheese as my lips and throat became swollen when I ate it. One day I was offered some brie cheese by someone and it somehow looked so delicious that I had to try it. Since then I've been a cheese lover. My lips and throat don't react that badly now.

However, I love pizza with absolutely no cheese.

Gouda. The wax is fun to play with.

I once had some boursin cheese on a steak, and it was mouthwatering. It's a soft cheese that's just really rich and creamy, and it goes great with meat.

Had some Yarg the other day. Cornish hard cheese with nettles. Forgot how good it was.
