Exercise,
fasting,
eating (when it's been quite awhile since),
fish oil pills,
green tea,
weight training specifically, deadlifts even more specifically, being among those whom you recognize as kindred,
success/achievement/goals,
a feeling of progress...the DEFINITION of anti-depression

i must specify,before anyone says TV or (for me) computer games, in an opposite thread, why these don't work.

What is brain fog exactly and I understand depression, but not brain fog.

From my experience, there is no cure for brain fog, other than to maybe wait it out and get yourself in a different situation somehow.
