Are my questions and my points reasonable? Is my logical reasoning flawed? The bolded print was what I wrote as a commentary to Marty Nemko's Article in all of his glory.

The guy is an extreme ableist putting the most negative slant on things. He wrote another article in Psychology Today which resulted in a very angry reaction. First he tried to blame the Autistics then said he won't bother writing about disabilities anymore. After a couple of months Psychology Today was apparently persuaded to pull the article from its website

I fully agree that this guy is rude disrespectfull as&%$#* and he writes his article from a derogatory slant.

However many adults (not all) but many with high functioning autism face great barriers to gain full employment and to suger coat that would also be wrong.I agree employers should be NOT be forced to employ people who would cause problems in the work place either.

I also think many capable workers with autism get chased away by bullying ( which has been the story of my careers) is also a problem

I also wished he had been more sympathetic to autistics who can't work instead of putting them down
