| I'm so Bloody lazy, that I think I'm going to ruin myself. I only have the energy to take my Dog on 60 minute Walks in the summer, because of the Heat. I will do a few chores around the house, and maybe water my Mom's flowers for her. After that, I'm either on the sofa, reading or else I'm on the Internet. I need a Hobby. The problem is that I think that a Hobby is an old-fashioned activity that a Seniour Citizen does. I wish that I would't be so lazy in the summer time. |

| The heat makes you tired faster. It's a scientifically proven fact. As for a hobby, try something outdoors. For example, I'm saving up so I can start going trap shooting. |

I hate the heat. I find that if I force myself to drink water during the day and before going to bed I feel a lot better in general. "They" say most people are dehydrated and don't know it.
I'm having a hard time with this though. Aren't you in Canada ?
You should come to South Carolina in July sometime. |

I heard someone say once that if you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated. _________________ We are one, we are strong... the more you hold us down, the more we press on - Creed, "What If"

I'm quite lazy/lethargic in general (in spite of my perpetual fidgitiness/inability to stay in one place for more than a few minutes). Even enunciation/articulation is something of a chore for me (unless I'm, say, participating in a conversation which is really important to me--my awareness of such [or the anxiety my awareness of such invariably provokes in me?] will energize me enough to speak clearly). (I have a few very minor artic. problems which can't really be helped, but that's another issue entirely.)
*However*, I am full of energy on my bike. Cycling is the only form of exercise I enjoy with every molecule of my existence. Going out for a bike ride is almost always an effective way for me to shake off a bout of seemingly debilitating lethargy. |
