Are there any sleep aids that will help alongside the concerta? I'm taking 54 mg of it, and I don't intend to change the dosage. I have lowered it at one time, and it not only helps my focus or concentration, but it seems to help my sensory overloads as well (Not like I've ever had them before though). Anyway, does anyone know if any working sleep aids? I've tried melatonin, and that didn't do a thing. I've even tried taking restoril with clonodine, and that also did no good for me. The Clonodine made me wake up groggy and gross. D:

Ramelteon/Rozerem might. It's a melatonin receptor agonist & is approved for long term use & wiki says there's no tolerance or dependence. This is Clickable Wiki link.
