Hi everyone I'm new here, recently diagnosed and feeling low/wanting to post about how i'm feeling. I'll head over to the correct section now but just wanted to say hi here first. I live in the UK I love animals and nature and films and music.

I just wanted to say hi. I love music, films, and animals too. What are your favorite movies? What bands do you like?

UK is so cool, I would love to visit the UK again some day.

Hi! Welcome to WP!

I'm new, too and when you say that you are low, I know what you mean.

I recently read that we should build a toolbox that includes, among other things, includes lists of things we enjoy to think about and/or do. I have started this and it has helped.

That's my 2 cents. Good luck in your search! :)
