Master Xehanort (specifically the elder) from Kingdom Hearts.

A hypocritical sociopath, an annoying Villain Sue, and the cause of the infamously convoluted story (especially since Dream Drop Distance -- my least-favorite entry, of course).

I blame him for ruining my optimism for Kingdom Hearts III.

P.S.: The only reason to like him was Leonard Nimoy (R.I.P.)'s performance.
