I will only listen to metal or rock. The only way I will listen to rap or pop is if it's on the albums ''Punk Goes Pop''.

I like most music that is not pop, rap, or EDM, but metal is my favourite. My favourite bands are Metallica, Slayer, Mayhem, Korpiklaani, and Amon Amarth.

I mostly listen to extreme metal.
"Icon" by Benighted and "The Jester Race" by In Flames are two of my favorite albums.

I love metal, particularly extreme metal: pre-Illud Morbid Angel, Death, Vader, Grave, Immolation and a lot of other death bands. Black and thrash metal are pretty awesome too, and Black Sabbath have a timeless quality about them that I really enjoy. Any metal softer than that (like Nightwish, or the zillion other bands that sound like Nightwish) kind of bores me, unless they're really good at nailing their own style and atmosphere. Like Katatonia, for instance. Not very heavy at all, but a great band.

I like metal though I am not really into any 80s metal or much popular metal. I am not a "666 sign or the devil" type of person. I attend a lot of local indie metal shows and find that metal often does not translate well to recordings so its more of a live concert interest for me. I am a fairly big fan of the band Therapy? that has turned metal in recent records, I like heavy grunge type bands like Soundgarden, always have.

Oh yeah! Grew up listening to Fear Factory and Sepultura. I am currently enamoured with Devin Townsend's solo projects-- whilst most aren't metal per se, goddamnit they're so amazing...

No I absolutely hate metal just joking it is my favorite.

I really like oldschool stuff like Sabbath, a lot of doom sort of stuff...I do enjoy some good death/doom, I don't know I like all metal black metal, viking metal, folk metal, heavy metal, glam/hair metal, thrash metal and just metal in general. I like other sorts of music to though.
