Insert Picture Button Not Working.

The insert picture button isn't working. Nor is the Hyperlink and specialty quote button. Where is that upgrade anyway it was supposed to come last week.

Also the emoticon buttons are on the fritz too.

EDIT: Now bold and underline too. What is wrong with the blasted site.
