I was pretty young, like a year and a half old, when my parents and relatives first noticed that I was "different". It wasn't until I was 5 and a half or 6 years old that I was officially diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome/High Functioning Autism. I was recently re-diagnosed by a neuropsychologist as having "autism spectrum disorder without language or intellectual impairment", along with depression, anxiety, OCD, and a tentative diagnosis of ADHD (not an all-out diagnosis, but enough to recommend medication for it).

I was diagnosed with autism at age 3 circa 1964.

I was diagnosed with "brain-injury/damage" around the same time. This was the diagnosis that got me into special schools.

I was diagnosed with Schizoid Personality disorder at age 15 in 1976.

My mom suspected something while pregnant with me, and it was confirmed as soon as I was born, though I didn't get a diagnosis of Autism until I was about 9. She thought I had Dyspraxia (Is that spelled right?) first, but it kinda grew from there... Now I'm here!

I was diagnosed at the age of 2 1/2 around 2000. My mother was worried after I couldn't talk hardly at all, even at 2.5 years old. The University of Washington tested me, positive, for high-functioning classic autism. Then I was placed into special ed in preschool, and throughout my time in the public schools.
