Starting Thursday, I've had a day-night reversal when I stayed up all night playing a video game. Now I go to bed at 7 AM and get up at 5 PM or so. I wonder if I can reverse the day-night reversal?

Yes, stay up all day and go to bed in the evening.

That might be easier said than done though if you aren't used to it, so you might be better off staying up a few hours beyond 7am, and staying up an extra few hours each day until your normal pattern resumes.

Let us know if you make any progress :).

Personally... there's never a better time to stay up in than the night.

I too like the quietness of night time. Especially outside. I do miss the sunshine though :(.

OP, meal times are important to ones internal clock. if you shift them you might deal with changes better. also an internal clock is set by things such as brightness and darkness, you can adjust the lighting in your room to help you sleep/awake easier. i kniw i cannot sleep when it is very bright outside. steve's advice is good. :)

yes. :)
i do see occasional movements and shadows in my peripheral vision when i am inside the living room at night. only inside, when i go outside to the tent i do not see any.

i would be there if it were not for rain. RAIN!
