That's very unusual. I sometimes hear about health problems due to not drinking enough water. We are often encouraged to drink more water because we tend not to drink enough. How much is too much? What symptoms did (do) you have? Any way, I'm glad you have determined the cause of your health problem. Hope it improves.
Thank you.
From what I read, someone my size should probably shoot for drinking about 2.5 to 3 liters of water a day... not accounting for exercise I think. I was drinking approximately 8 to 10 liters a day out of simple thirst and am not an athlete, nor one to spend much time sweating in the sun. The water basically can't leave your system fast enough so your body sort of becomes over saturated. Much of the body just expands/bloats (I thought it was something I was eating, and just a painful digestive track problem), but the brain isn't so free of movement to expand. So I have been getting frequent migraine-like headaches, severe disorientation and frustrating clumsiness, and even something like partial seizures I'd not been able to explain to anybody that leave me feeling very useless, dazed and cold/numb in the head.
