There was a fantastic song released by an Australian band a few years ago that is perfect to listen to and sing along when you're feeling angry.
It was called 'You Sh*t Me to Tears' by The Tennants. I can only remember some of the lyrics.
The chorus went:

My favourite bit in the song was the bit that goes
My little Dougie is a real know it all
