If so, have you heard of a school called Howard S. Gray?

if so, do you know anything about it? What are the pros and cons?

Nope, don't live in AZ and never heard of the school.

Did look it up on-line though. It's student: teacher ratio is pretty high for a that type of school...8:1 rather than 12:1 is normal for around here. I don't like how they tried to say its 6:1 by including the aides...that's really close to lying. Course, 12:1 is much better than public schools which might run 25:1 or even 30:1.

They seems to try to be all things for all people. I perfer a more speciailized approach...the child with an eating disorder may need a completely different approach than the child with...whatever.

They seem to use the fact that school districts send children there as a selling point. I'm sorry but I believe my district uses cost and ease to the district as measurement, not how good the school actually is.

I haven't researched it and would be interested in graduation rates, rates of children re-mainstreamed, standard test scores ect.

Of course, none of this is as good as talking to someone who actually goes there. Hope you find someone who does.
