5. I feel a bit better this morning despite sleeping in one hour and having to run for the bus, and having 2 Australian backpackers turn up in my room at 2am.
I decided last night that I want to be much happier in my life, and less afraid.

I was in a movie theater today watching Transformers with some friends. A great movie, the best comic movie I have seen so far and a lot better than the Spiderman stuff.
I was approaching a sensory overload situation and I could feel in my body shaking mildly. I was scared anybody would see it. Nobody did but I still feel bad about it. |
