I don't know how successful this is going to be, but I want to try. I've finally had it with NT women following my most recent rejection. All the NT women that I've tried to get with throughout my life have either flat-out rejected me or placed me in the "friend" column, and all of you AS guys know that song and dance. I’m absolutely fed up. My social and behavioral problems that I had growing have pretty much diminished into nothingness, in fact, the not-so-picky individual probably couldn’t tell me apart from an NT, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference with NT women, because they notice everything.
No matter how good I get at socializing, I’m never going to be able to completely 100% “mask” my AS. The little things that do slip, an off facial expression here, responding a second slower than what’s expected there, they never miss those things and know right then and there that something’s different about me, even if their not sure what that “something” is.
Even though I may have AS, I still have feelings, and most would call me a pretty decent guy, so I’m really tired of being treated like garbage, so I’m finally doing the sensible thing by trying to find someone who shares my struggle. If there’s any college-age AS girl here or someone who knows a college-age AS girl in the San Antonio area who wants to loved, worshiped, and wined-and-dined, please PM me. My interests are mostly video games. I’m also into anime, movies, music, cars and driving, some sports, and lots of other stuff. About the only thing I’m not is out-doorsy. I’m white, skinny but a decent build, about 6’1 with thick copper hair (I can get it cut if you don’t like it) and brown eyes and some big-ass feet. I wear 16s. I’ll send a pick to any girl who’s interested. |

| Oh never mind then. Mods can just delete this topic. I copied most of my original post into the sticky thread. |

I got one reply to it that I can remember, but it was more of a passing-by compliment than anything else. Didn't feel obliged to respond. |

| Wow. I'm surprised you guys dug this up. This was from when I first moved to SA, and was lonely and kind of depressed after spending my childhood in Michigan, looking for someone, and having pretty slim success. Yes I have found somebody. Not just anyone though. The greatest woman in the world hands down. She's an aspie. I met her on Aspie Affection and she lives in PA. I'm going to go see her in three weeks, and I'm so excited lately to finally be able to meet her in person. We have a whole week together. Love you Aspiegirl87! |

Isn't PA a little far? Maybe its my shallow idea that I should find a girl closer to where I actually live?
Anyways, good luck with the meet-up.
I'm in SA too by the way. Been here about a year myself. |
