Ahh-Yes so to be seaky you need to take into conciteration:
1.Your sneak skill
2. the opponets estemated snk skill
3. Lighting
4. Proximity to targets
Spells, potions, equiptment that:
fortify your sneak skill or agillity helps
Chemeleon helps with geting past, killing, and stealing stuff while remaining stealthy
Invisiblity cannot be an enchantment however use it to seak by guards and enimes because if you pick up an item or activate anything or talk to anyone youll lose your totaly fullproof cloak...
Detect life and night eye helps you locate targets so you know when to hide
So I hope this helps...

Again, like the original Daggerfall, and Morrowind after that, magic trumps everything. Magic can make you invisible (think you can sneak better than I can go invisible?), fly, shoot fireballs at people (fireball > bow) , pick locks, chests.

thats why im a battle mage a commander ( oun custom class)

hahahhaha
ive gotten evry achevement for that game even the ones for shivering isles

u can get to level 100 by dropping levels on jail...sound incrediple but it works

is it realy possible to raise yoir level to 100 and passt it
or is that the cap... (lvl 100)

This has lots of info, cheats etc. Good walkthrough.
I can't remember which town but in one of the fighters guilds if you have some chameleon and are in sneak, stay in sneak and jump in a corner on top of a wine chest (I think), keep on jumping and your level goes up on sneak and agility. I will edit this when I've remembered the place. It increases sneak and agility, well it has for me anyways.
I like the glass double handed longsword, I may not have used the proper name for it. |

it makes everything so easy that it breaks the game, but... if you want to be super sly, make a 100% chameleon suit. between enchanting armor and jewelry and finding items with good chameleon, it's not too hard. when you have 100 chameleon, nothing can see you when you sneak. nothing will ever attack you, even if you're attacking it, and you'll always get the 8x damage multiplier with a one-handed weapon. also, get the skeleton key from nocturnal, and you'll be able to open anything no matter what your security skill is. you can go anywhere, steal anything (you can still get caught pickpocketing), and kill anything with no risk.
if you do this and rely on it - be prepared for all of the challenge of the game to disappear.

the suits are way to single minded buy multiple chemelon potions and drinktil you have 100% chemelion... or create a spell... simple
