I was raised on creamy, and it is what I eat most of the time now....however, I do occasionally have to satisfy a crunchy fix.

What kind do you folks like?????

I had to look in my dictionary what "crunchy" and what "peanut" means, so this thread is pretty annoying to me.

On the other hand, I like statistics, so I voted for "crunchy".

What a bizarre thing to say...do you live in some part of the world where there is no peanut butter??

I used to like only creamy peanut butter; but now I like crunchy peanut butter, too. I usually use peanut butter to make peanut butter and jelly crackers nowadays.

I picked both, even though I have creamy more often. But sometimes I want chunky or crunchy to get the peaunt texture at times.

Both.

I also love it with chocolate. I'm surprised that craze hasn't taken off in New Zealand.

I eat 2 peanut butter sandwiches on toast for lunch everyday.

Crunchy rules, hands down.

I was always partial to creamy since I don't like nuts and I don't like different foods of different texture in my mouth at the same time.

My parents used my aversion to nuts as a way to keep me from eating food I wasn't suppose to.

Even worse, my parents wouldn't let me make my own lunch as a kid for school since they didn't trust me at all.

So what I usually got for lunch from them was a peanut butter sandwich along with a banana, and two oreo cookies, plus a nickel for milk. And even worse yet, the sandwich was made on whole wheat bread.

The combination of the whole wheat bread and chunky peanut butter was often enough to make me gag trying to eat it. Also I hated bananas becasue they were squishy and slimy. So I would often throw out both and just eat the oreos. In variably, I would get in trouble for this from school officals who would make me see my counsler who would call home and tell mom and dad "Scott's been throwing out his lunch..."

My parents would have nothing of my explination that I couldn't stand to eat it. There approach to it, like everything else they did with me was "Tough, you gonna do and like it".

I voted for creamy, since it's my favorite, but I like all peanutbutter - even the thick, oily natural kind. I prefer Simply Jif (white label - reduced sugar and salt). I eat it right out of the jar with a spoon.

Peanutbutter and chocolate is the best combination ever. But since I don't like milk chocolate, "with peanut(butter)" is the only way I can tolerate it. I won't eat plain M&Ms, but I LOVE Peanut M&Ms. I detest plain milk chocolate bars, but I LOVE Reese's Peanutbutter Cups! (Dark chocolate rules!)

When I was in school, my lunch every day was a peanut butter and strawberry jelly sandwich, a banana, and a nickle for milk. (Sound familiar, Scoots? Laughing ) Lucky you on getting the Oreos, too - the banana was supposed to be my dessert!

Even better than peanutbutter: Nutella. Now that stuff is seriously addicting... Shocked
