I have to disagree with the rankings since some of the teams in the Top 25 do not deserve ranked at all. No CAA team ranked at this time but it is pre-season after all. _________________ "Just remember, their fans think their players are supermen. Well we're the kryptonite, and we're gonna win." Ya those rankings dont mean jack. Kansas will be tough and deserve the number 1 spot. 5 teams in the top 25 big ten representing. Illini should be ranked there too. Tough compettion will help our seeding and preparing us for the big dance.

BS to VCU and ODU because VCU is done for without Anthony Grant and Eric Maynor. ODU being the CIT champs make sense but niether of them are playing a Final Four Participant like Mason is (Villanova in the opening round of the Puerto Rico Tip Off). _________________ "Just remember, their fans think their players are supermen. The Wildcats will fall to the Patriots of Mason in Puerto Rico! CAM LONG FOR NCAA PLAYER OF THE YEAR AND CAA PLAYER OF THE YEAR!!!!!! _________________ "Just remember, their fans think their players are supermen. Well we're the kryptonite, and we're gonna win." Jim Larranaga

It's certainly true that if you must face Villanova, it's best to do so early in the season... they always get much better as the year progresses.
Mason plays Villanova four days after they Dartmouth in Fairfax and Mason opens the season with two back to back home games with Liberty and Dartmouth at the Patriot Center. ESPNU will have the Mason and Villanova showdown. Third game of the season for the Patriot and the Green Machine (Mason's Pep Band) will make those Wildcats into Wild Kittens. _________________ "Just remember, their fans think their players are supermen. This year I have the Sports Tier on cable, which will greatly widen my access to college games. I hope to get more involved this year, back to how it was when I lived in the Philadelphia area in '65-'67 and UHF had just been developed, and I had access to all Big 5 games on TV. _________________ How can we outlaw a plant created by a perfect God?

Well, it was just to show why Villanova is my favorite team, and how far back those feelings go
^This how you show feelings for your favorite team^
