Monkey Island III...

The first time I played that game, I accidentally put it on "easy" mode, and I could not figure out the "hair of the dog" puzzle at all @_@

So I figured out my mistake and reset the game and played it for real and had no problems with that puzzle at all.

I've been gaming for 17 years, I'm not sure I could list or remember all the ones I've beaten. Specially since half the games I've had are gone now. But I've never cheated on a game I hadn't already beaten. And there's been at least 200 games...

Thus far, I haven't beaten a single game, minus some that were truly idiotic, for consoles without help or anyone havingeven heard of them T_T. However, I am close to beating Sonic Unleashed for PS2. Twisted Evil Anyway, almost any handheld game I have played I beaten, minus The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past.
