And maybe sometimes the skits are loosely together on a topic, maybe sometimes not?

I'm only suggesting different time lengths because you might hit a sweet spot. For example, what if you can hit a 90 minute collection of loosely connected skits in only four months? Well, then, you have triple the length, but only double the time invested.

Or, what if a collection of five two-minute skits, you can turn out just like popcorn?

I know trying experiments have helped with my own writing.
