Just remember all cravings are emotional or physiological. I like to picture a feather tickling my back and cravings for sweets go away. I had low glucose shaking and it comed me down so I could make a healthy decison. It almost feals like I ate a giant cheese cake. Must be burning fat. Reduces all symptoms of aspergers for me. Allowed me to discover music. I can;t believe what I been missing all these years. I was programed at birth do eat emotionally. I cried constantly if you did not feed me I was fat enough that you could sit me up on my rolls.. I am now skinny muscular and don't really gain even if I eat alot of calories. Wish you luck and peace. I just want to loose the diagnosis and I know that this is best chance I have at it.

After the road trip I went back to the gym and did the same things on the machines - same weight and everything - after a 12 day hiatus - that I had left off at.

At Weight Watchers this morning I found I had lost 0.4 pounds - on road food, yet!

Today, on Thursday, March 30th, I've weighed in at 170.1 Lbs. I've lost 1.5 Lbs. I was more careful about my Food Choices, this week. I wasn't perfect, but I'm getting there. Smile

Might I join in this dieting thread too? I'm currently undergoing a lifestyle change/losing weight and I've been doing it for a few weeks now. I'm rather overweight (I suspect I weigh something around about 24 stone) and I'm about six foot tall. Bingeing and overeating no longer makes me feel good - in fact, I feel worse, horrible in fact. So I'm doing something about it - cutting down on food, taking more time over my food, choosing the right food when I snack and going out walking more. I feel a little bit better about myself so far, but I suspect that the longer I run with it the better I'll feel.

Oh, and I'm going to Weight Watchers for the first time next week.

I had my weigh-in this morning. I'm down to 156.2, and have lost a total of 20.4 pounds. Not only that, I wasn't even thinking about it much, just following my usual routine.

Two tips for breakfast if you like that sort of thing: saute an egg in a little olive oil and add salsa on top. Salsa is tangy and full of Vitamin C and has very few calories.

Or cut up an apple in your hot cereal to bulk it up and give it flavor and sweetness and get your fruit. Serve with cinnamon on top.

my goal is to get to 72 kilos (158.7 lb)

I think i can do that in a week.
My main goal isn't to lose weight though, but to get a 6pack Razz

Currently 176lbs @ 5'9" (down from 196 in September), hoping to drop down to 160 (or get lean while maintaining my current weight, whichever).

Just gone to the Weight Watchers in the nearest city to me (I'd rather not go to the one in my small town just yet, thanks) and I weigh 25.1 stone (159.3 kg/351 lb) at 6'1". I'll have a read-through of the stuff they gave me and I'll start tomorrow.

It's going to be a bugger, but I have to start somewhere and, even though I could binge-eat, it really doesn't make me feel any better. I'll still have this bloody great huge barrel of fat when I get up in the mornings, so what is the bloody point? Time to begin to get rid; undo the damage.

I did stay behind for the meeting but didn't like it much - felt like I was being lectured to rather than anything else.

On the way to losing weight we go.

Cheers all. Smile
