I've come back off holiday. And been weighed tonight. I haven't put anything on, surprisingly enough (and I did eat and drink to some tune while I was away). So it can't be all bad, eh? Smile

I don't do weight watchers that's what the girly girls do. I do my exercise myself.

Captain_Brown: I can't be doing with Weight Watchers' own diet plans. They're much too prescriptive and restrictive. So I just do it my own way. Smile

Congratulations on your weight loss Tequila! Two stone in such a short amount of time is very impressive! I'm trying to lose a stone to shed some extra baggage and it's not at all easy!
