I am not specific as to type of fetish.

As opposed to hating you, right?

Hey, lots of dumbasses fall for girls that can't stand them. Sounds like an unnecessary pain to me.

You should set some boundaries there, mate.

There's some weird fetishes out there.

I guess you wouldn't get along with me very well. :P

I don't mind if a guy is like that as a friend, but I don't see it as attractive in a partner. For instance...I dated a guy who wore women's earrings and used a hair straightener. It was just a bit much for me, lol.

What about someone like me? I have largely male interests (computer/techie stuff mostly), and i don't get into fashion things as much either, but when it comes to the matters of the heart, I guess I'm more in touch with my feminine side... I don't want to have sex for its own sake like a lot of other guys, and I want to find someone to spend the rest of my life with, and possibly raise a family... is that too feminine for someone like you?

I think it's pretty misguided to think that not wanting sex and only caring about love and family is a "feminine" thing. Most people I know, both male and female, are cool with casual sex, at least under the right circumstances, and also want to eventually settle down and have a family.

Either way I think astaut was talking more about looks.

Hmm. Well here goes:

Funny
Confident
Well-adjusted
Intelligent
Can argue and justify their opinions well
Is a classical musician (or at least has some appreciation for music)
Likes books
Is not afraid to be silly sometimes
Is a bit of a romantic.

Of course I am describing one of my friends, but we are not in love.

Some odd ones on my end (and ones that should exist in ANY relationship)

1) Absolute honesty. That means no lying, no nothing of the sort.
2) Straightedge. Sorry, but I don't date girls who have a love for beer pong, the bong and any girl who thinks sex is disposable.
3) Someone who is kind enough to see past my autism
4) Brains. Sorry, but I don't want an airhead for a significant other.
5) An understanding of my life and how aspects of it have come to be.
6) A challenge in the relationship itself. An easy relationship is more likely to break easily.
7) A hundred other things I can't think of at the moment (most are nice, but I would let many slide if need be).

I don't know sometimes. Physical traits can vary a lot from one girl I like to another. Skinny, plump, blonde, brunette... I just want someone cute who is also cool to be with. I'd like someone who isn't too shy, can be sensual and affectionate. Above all, they have to be able to accept me, good and bad. Be supportive and understanding when things aren't always going well and when things are good, let's have the time of our lives.

I suppose some of my dealbreakers are; already having kids, smoking, evangelicalism, ideological conservatism, and asexuality.
