^^Yaye greetings Kat15. I believe that if I require to visit happy University or workies early during the next day, then I enjoy visiting my happy bed at approximately 22.00. However, if not so, then I enjoy staying awake until Nell and Plato come inside so that I may lock their kitty flap for the evening. This often takes place at approximately 23.00 - 01.00. _________________ My Happy Blog: http://thoughtsofawanderingpixie.blogspot.com/ |

Whenever possible.
I had been going to bed around 2pm-3pm for a while, but I switched to go to bed when I get off work. I've been sleeping usually around 7am as of late.
Granted, people are always noisy, it's too hot, I'm not really all that tired or other various factors make it difficult for me to even get a small amount of sleep anyway. _________________ If Jesus died for my sins, then I should sin as much as possible, so he didn't die for nothing. |

| I usually go to sleep whenever I want, but if I have school the next day then I try to squeeze in a few hours of sleep. The time at which I go to bed differs from night to night. |

I go to bed between 8 AM and noon. I wake up around 5 or 6 PM. I'm nocturnal; I enjoy staying up all night. My brain likes the night and the early morning, because I'm more creative during that time and I don't get interrupted when I'm engaged in my interests. I hardly ever get irritable and I've never had a meltdown since I've been on this schedule. |

It's alot nicer at night. I got a night shift, 12am-6am. Can't get much more nocturnal than that.
It's especially nice in the winter. Sun goes up, I go down. Sun goes down, I get up. _________________ If Jesus died for my sins, then I should sin as much as possible, so he didn't die for nothing. |

If I don't have any commitments that require a regular wake-up time (like school or work), my sleeping schedule fluctuates all the time. I go to bed an hour later each day, get up an hour later each day, and eventually become completely nocturnal, then gradually diurnal again. When you start going to bed at 1pm and waking up at 2am, that's when your life feels really strange. Sometimes I stay awake for 48 hours or more, then sleep for 16 hours and repeat.
What's worse, when I did have commitments like school, that required me to set an alarm for 8:30am or so, I would STILL procrastinate going to bed until I was shattered at around 4 or 5am. During my school career I was sleep-deprived throughout. I was a dayboy at a boarding school, and I didn't get home until 9pm. Because I didn't think of school time as "real" time (I've recently discovered this is an Aspie trait), I considered my day to begin at that point and I stayed awake in order to get the free time I required. _________________ If songs were lines in a conversation, the situation would be fine. |
