Ok, I just checked it out on Gamespot, that looks like it fits the criteria of violent and anti-social.
And you can play as a woman! |

Don't forget you could kill small children in Fallout, too. Hell, you could go so far as to literally blow their limbs off.

I was going to say there isn't really anything, then Fallout got brought up 
I loved that game. Probably the best roleplaying game ever made (one of the least linear computer games I've ever played) |
