-The genetics of fur color and pattern in various animals, most notably dogs and rats.
-Evolutionary psychology
-Imprinting. Konrad Lorenz ftw.
-Abnormal psychology
-Sex. Includes researching the most bizarre and off-putting fetishes I can find.
-The curing of aging, a la Methuselah Mouse
-Non-human animal intelligence
-The technological singularity!
-Body language of humans and other animals. It all started to cope with the fact that I don't naturally understand it, but now it fascinates me. I'm better at picking up micro-expressions these days than many non-aspie acquaintances.
