you can upload one onto photo bucket, cubeupload or any other good image host and then you can upload it onto the forum here by clicking on the little icon that looks like a mountain with a sun above it that appears when you post a message. You can also just supply a link to the pic.

It won't work by using a pic that's on your PC it has to be on one of the image hosting sites.
