I'm just curious as to how alcohol affects you.
For me, it doesn't make me any more insigntful with regard to other people, but it makes me care less about how I behave as you would expect. However, it does significantly dampen my sensory sensitivity -- specifically audio sensitivity, which I find can be helpful in certain social events (when I actually bother to attend them). |

Makes me talk a lot more then I do at normal times(and I talk a lot to start with)
It makes me worse I think, however not all the time. I have a mark that I know if I cross it I will not remember much and I will make myself out to be a very odd and weird person.
For me it is bad to drink a lot, makes me wild. _________________ if knowledge is power then how come people with aspergers dont run the planet? |

| I haven't had too many experiences with it, but from those I did have, I suppose I tend to be much louder and more obnoxious, and just generally roughhouse a lot more. Aside from more obvious stuff like feeling very dizzy, and getting sick just once(never again), I don't seem to change too much. Still seemed to have a knack for making others laugh, or at least I felt I did. |

I prefer to drink by myself, and when alone (in general too!), it mellows me out... the more I drink, the more scattered my thinking becomes and my typing/walking/speech is slowed and ultimately scattered just like my cognition!
In a social setting, it too, mellows me out. Also, I become either louder/more outgoing or more withdrawn, depending on who I'm with. |

I'm still me, just a badly coordinated me. It doesn't seem to alter my mood or thinking at all. _________________ If aliens come to get me, it won't be an abduction, but a rescue operation. |

I drank heavily in the Navy trying to cope. Of course, there hard drinking was considered normal behavior as long as you didn't get in trouble. I had a notorious tolerance for the stuff; I could drink most people under the table, though I tended to get even more obnoxious than I naturally am.
I became allergic to the stuff about twenty years ago, and haven't really touched it since. It would make my face red and splotchy, and I'd get very nauseous even smelling the stuff.
I have no desire to drink anymore. |

Don't know - never got drunk before. I have had a couple of glasses of this really strong alcohol before, but after that my stomach felt all funny, even though I had eaten.
I have Emetophobia, so that's another reason why I don't want to get pissed. _________________ Real gender: Female

I do not drink because alcohol upsets my stomach and makes me sick-I even have to get alcohol free medicines if they are in liquid form. _________________ No Pain.-No Pain!!!! |

I HATE drinking. It's never done a damn thing for me other than make me very tired and nauseous. I've had better luck with illegal intoxicants |
