I just watched this on TED, and thought I should share it with WP... and found this thread.
I enjoyed the talk; I have known for a long time that I need to give myself more space and quiet time; but I find it hard to unplug and contemplate. |

Damn good video! Thanks for sharing.
I'm going to insist that every para-educator, case manager, and as many teachers as possible working with my kids at school watch it.
Those who don't, and come to us complaining about having problems with my boys will be asked it they've watched it. If not, go watch it, otherwise don't bother me with the problems they have with my kids. If they can't be bothered to learn to understand my kids, I can't help them.
