I am just a skinny nerd guy.

I can only bench about 75lbs. Nothing impressive.

We have a calf press machine at the gym I go to and I can press about 1200lbs because I have extremely strong calf muscles which of course is because of all the toe walking I do as part of my autistic stimming.

I don't really go heavy on the weights :? . But when I did they were pretty good . My deadlifts max was 345lbs , bench 225 , and my squats were about the same as my bench. This was when I was 155lbs during a cut , at 5'6 height :D

Age 53

Height 6 FT tall

Weight 222 lbs..

Amazingly enough i am a middle age guy with
low testosterone..measuring out at 273..but at 53 i can

lift 210 lbs.. the max on a Nautilus machine with my neck..

I can lift the max on most all the other machines including the
leg press machine at over 500Lbs..and the Biciep curl machine at 210 Lbs.

Interestingly enough i credit my strength and physical build now..to a TAI CHI style
DANCE walk that i do around 30 miles a week everywhere i go..which includes a type of
belly dance and walking in reverse at least half the time i walk..

I get comments everywhere i go ranging from are you in special forces in the military to hey man do you
know that looks ridiculous by some of the backwoods folks in my area..that have no idea what TAI CHI or
the Asian cultural benefit of walking in reverse..or the middle eastern benefit of belly dancing IS.

But i do not care what anyone thinks about me..i do whatever works in life..after 48 years worrying what
folks thought about me or whether or not i would be accepted in life..

The end of illusory fear..can actually make a person stronger too...

But.. i provide my picture from a few days ago..for evidence enough of that..
And hell i was a 5 foot 10 120 LB skin and bones 13 year old that was bullied to hell and back for a skinny physique..and social ineptitude..

SO ya damn right i have a sense of accomplishment for not letting the bullies in life win..

I win..cause i never give up..IS ALL..

But..anyway .. if ya will..let this be an inspiration to any of ya folks who think that age is bad news..FOR STRENGTH..VIGOR..or HAPPINESS!

We have in our genetics the locked in ability to make incredible epigenetic and neuroplastic changes for
the better at any age in life..per mind or body..the secret in unlocking this DNA potential is meeting the challenge of life..and adapting..to whatever comes..

Results WILL eventually come..sooner or later..IF YOU DON'T GIVE UP!

I believe this with all my heart..and yes Mental and or spiritual attitude is at least 50% of all strengths in life.

And here is a link to a post here..where i provided a picture of me when i was 13 for the before stuff...:)
