| I'll jump up on the wagon, because MTV is absolutely atrocious. It's just one more outlet that, for me, demonstrates all that is wrong in this world. Oddly enough, my sister is also one of those things, and she watches MTV... How's that for irony? |

If we didn't have MTV, we probably wouldn't have crappy ringtones/ringtone adverts.
On the subject of ringtones, I've heard it may actually be illegal to let your phone ring. Something about public performance without having the rights to do so. |

| I agree that MTV should be banned. Teens have become much more self-centered and less tolerant of individual differences, since the birth of MTV. That epidemic had worsened over the years. Ban MTV! Ban scantly-dressed Pop Stars! Ban Rappers, Chavs and Wiggers! Ban Hippie wannabes who are way too young to know what a real Hippie is! I'm sick of it, all! Ban it all! |
